I was going to sell my phone and did a factory reset with erase SD card from the storage menu. My phone restarted and it keeps on restarting. Wouldn't pass the HTC logo. I took battery out and same thing. Its rooted with kingdom 3.0. Please help

There are issues with EXT4, clockwork, and sd cards.  Guessing you did something you shouldn't have done. 

Reformat the sd card in the pc to fat32 and insert it back into phone.  Then simply follow instructions from the DEV to reinstall your ROM.

If you're selling your device, I'd put a different ROM on it also. Preferably something stock rooted, that way when you sell it, the person isn't freaking out on you for the phone not working. Wink

Just my 2 cents.

Here are the steps for booting your Droid Incredible into safe mode:
1. Power the Droid Incredible off.
2. Press the Power button to turn it back on.
3. At the second HTC Logo screen, press and hold the Volume Down, Menu and the Optical pad at the same time.
Start the Droid Incredible in Safe Mode. This will load the original settings and software for troubleshooting purposes.
4. Keep holding all 3 buttons until the device fully boots and you see Safe Mode in the lower-left part of the screen.
