I need someone to help me before I shatter this HTC Inspire into tiny little pieces!

I have had this phone for not even a year, and I've never had a problem with it until about 5 days ago.. I can't sync my contacts to facebook anymore, I can't post pics to facebook either..   I have tried everything I possibly could from clearing the cache out of my fb app, uninstalling the updates and reinstalling.. I am at my wits end and am gonna smash it (I sound angry I know)!   I just need someone to help me out...  I'm not the brightest when it comes to this techy stuff...  I can't even edit my profile in my contact list because the option to sync to HTC sense has disappeared..  

Any help would be much appreciated..
