Ringtone's won't save

I have the same problem. When I went to the AT&T store to ask why this was happening, the rep told me that I didn't have a file folder on my sd card that was holding them, but then he couldn't figure out how to put the folder on there, so he was going to ask someone else & call me tomorrow with the answer. If I find out more I'll let you know. But I still have to find out how to add the file, it seems to be what a lot of other people are talking about too.
